It gives me immense pleasure to share that Silver Oaks Institute of Professional Studies (SIPS) is all set to introduce a range of professional programmes aimed at reshaping the future of our students. One of the critical challenges in contemporary education system is that it produces graduates who lack practical and job-ready skills. As a result, many young individuals remain unemployed despite holding graduate and postgraduate degrees.
To address this pressing concern, SIPS is launching industry-focused professional programmes specifically focused to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world application. These programmes will place a strong emphasis on hands-on experience, practical training, and live projects—ensuring that our students are well-equipped to meet industry expectations and seize opportunities confidently. Our core objective is to nurture future entrepreneurs who will become job creators, not just job seekers.
Career guidance and counselling will be integral to our approach, helping students discover their strengths, align their aspirations, and make informed career choices. Regular sessions with industry experts will further enhance their understanding of current trends and prepare them for dynamic work environments. In addition, structured placement activities will provide our students with valuable exposure and access to leading organizations.
At SIPS, we also believe in the holistic development of every student. To this end, we offer a vibrant and diverse sports activities, including horse riding, shooting, archery, cricket, football, volleyball, athletics and a variety of indoor games, encouraging physical fitness, teamwork and discipline.
SIPS, boasts state-of-the-art infrastructure, including air-conditioned classrooms, modern computer and science labs, language labs, and a fully Wi-Fi-enabled academic block. Institute offers a lush green, eco-friendly, peaceful and progressive learning environment in campus.
